I can not login

I can not login? It sais username and/or password incorrect. I reset the password, still it is not working to login.
What can be done?

At 9.48, my time, i requested password reset, and an e-mail camed with a new password. (in spam folder)
That new password also is not working.

I saw now the second reset-e-mail, now it worked.
